TheDirector’s Cut

I’m TaRarra Trapp Hill a multidisciplinary storyteller who paints with words, color, culture, and memory. I grew up on Jersey summers, soundtrack-heavy Black films, Blockbuster nights, and the belief that our lived experiences are our greatest art. Today, I live in Atlanta raising three beautiful kids with my husband Brian continuing the legacy of bold, brilliant Black creativity that shaped me. My work is where illustration meets identity. Where brand strategy meets soul. Where design becomes language. I create stories that look like us, sound like us, feel like us because we deserve to see our magic reflected back.
